The Brothers Family

Orange, Yellow, and Turquoise balloons were fun and festive. Lemon Drops holding balloons and serving as table decor. I made Julian's Birthday Cake Homemade cupcakes for the adults. Who knew that Peach Rings would be the hit of the party. White cake with Buttercream frosting.  He played with the frosting but wasn't into eating it. (photo via Briana ) Julian's first birthday was such a fun and special day. It turned out exactly as I hoped it would: a fun, relaxing day celebrating my little guy. I enjoyed putting it together and was so grateful that all our (local) family could join us along with some of our closest friends who love Julian. XO, Meg

Our sweet Julian turned 1 year old on June 23. I can confidently say that I have enjoyed the past year with him more than any other year of my life. He is the "butter to my bread and the breath to my life." A few days before his birthday I pulled out the camera and started snapping away while he happily played on the couch beside me.
