The Brothers Family

We are so happy to feel the warm sunshine around here. Julian was feeing so cooped up as the snow lingered, so it is absolutely wonderful to be able to be outside and enjoying the sunshine. Here are a few photos from our recent outdoor adventures. Peeking through a hole at the park. I love this picture. Peeking through a pipe. Dustin took these two photos.  Hunting ants and trying to be brave enough to touch them. And squealing with delight when he actually touches one. Running at the park with one of his best friends, Katelyn. She's about 10 days younger than he is and they have been friends since the beginning. I love that they love to hold hands and run. Playing in the water fountains today with his friend Areyna. He is happiest when he's soaking wet.

I turned 31 on Tuesday and Dustin will be 28 tomorrow. It's so fun to have birthdays in the same week - it feels like we get to celebrate all week long. Dustin and I went out on a date last Saturday to celebrate together. We went and saw The Great Gatsby and then out to dinner at one of our favorite Irish Pubs. Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of when we flew to Ireland, so it was fun to celebrate Irish style as well.  It was so nice to spend the afternoon and evening together just the two of us. We've gotten to celebrate with family and friends this week.
